Service Description
A 5 minute lash bath gently cleanses your lashes, removes oils, makeup and impurities. It helps extend the life of your lashes by preventing buildup and irritation, keeping your lashes fresh, healthy and looking their best.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly take a moment to read the following. By booking, you’re agreeing to these policies. Thank you! 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧: To keep the space safe, relaxing and professional, I kindly ask that children only attend if supervised by another adult. My insurance doesn’t cover unsupervised little ones in the treatment area. 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭: A non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This includes a platform fee which isn’t taken off your final total. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be carried over. With less than 72 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be needed to rebook. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: The remaining balance is due at your appointment. I am now cash only. Card payments are still welcome but will have a 10% fee added on. Bank transfers are no longer accepted. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭: Patch tests are recommended a minimum of 24–48 hours before your appointment for lash glue, lift products, tint, and brow wax. Patch tests for these products are also needed every 6 months. It’s your responsibility to arrange one. If you choose not to I can’t be held responsible for any reactions. I also can’t be held responsible for if an allergic reaction happens during or after your patch test or even if your patch test comes out ok and you have a reaction during or after your treatment at any time — this is something that may happen and is out of my control — by booking in with me you are accepting to this policy. 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐅𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐬: If you experience any issues with your lashes — whether it’s something not looking quite right or they begin falling out unusually — please let me know within 24 hours after your appointment. After that window, it’s unfortunately out of my control and any fixes will require a new booking. I want you to feel confident and happy with your results, so don’t hesitate to reach out if something’s not quite right. Your satisfaction is important to me! 𝐏𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Roxy, my miniature dachshund puppy, is currently in the room with me during treatments as part of her early training. She’s gentle & clean but if you’d prefer a puppy-free appointment or have allergies or concerns, just let me know in advance — I’m more than happy to accommodate.
